Comments: Polished Section (PPL) image of corroded remnants of early, Ni-carrollite (grey-carr) in the core of a large pyrite (py) atoll structure wtth brown bornite and golden chalcopyrite.
Location: Giant Kidd Creek Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide deposit, Western Abitibi Subprovince, Timmins, Ontario, Canada. Scale: F.V.= 2 mm.
